JLL and Mattheußer launch sales and marketing campaign for EDEN in Frankfurt’s Europaviertel

BERLIN/FRANKFURT, 10th July 2019 – JLL and Mattheußer have started coordinated sales and marketing campaign for condominiums in EDEN, a new residential tower in Frankfurt. The almost 100-meter residential tower is being developed in a central location in Frankfurt’s Europaviertel, close to Germany’s tallest residential high-rise, Grand Tower, which is also marketed by JLL and Mattheußer. With a subway station right in front of the building, residents will benefit from optimal connections to regional, national and international transport. Numerous shopping facilities and large employers complement the central location.
EDEN’s iconic facade combines vertical planted gardens with stunning glass elements. Floor-to-ceiling windows in all living rooms create enchanting lighting accents and offers breathtaking, panoramic views of Frankfurt’s skyline and the Taunus mountain range.
