Zabel Property is the exclusive sales partner and consultant to Becken Development for a new residential skyscraper, being built in the heart of Frankfurt, at Stiftstraße 19-27.
The residential high rise tower, will include 250 to 300 units, with unique and varying floorplans to suit every type of buyer. Becken Development high rise, is actually an ensemble of three high-rise buildings on the site of the former imperial post office, including attractive street-level units for commercial use befitting the location and upper-floor private residences. JLL has been appointed to market the two commercial towers.
