Sales success on international roadshows

In mid-April, our roadshows started with Shenzhen and Guangzhou in China, followed by Malaysia's capital Kuala Lumpur, the city of Singapore, and finally Hong Kong, the special administrative region of the People's Republic of China. The Turkish metropolis Istanbul was the end.

 At all six locations, we presented the projects directly on the spot to interested investors and self-employed persons and explained how the real estate purchase functioned in Germany. As in the previous year, numerous participants followed our recommendations and reserved one or more of the apartments presented by us directly on site. In addition to the positive legal and economic conditions, the key sales arguments include the advantages of the German education center. Together with the comprehensive service that we offer to international investors and the comfortable purchase processing from abroad, we create attractive purchase incentives for international investors with attractively designed project developments. And thanks to our cross-country and inter-country consultations, the roadshows with various participants have already been agreed on in Germany.
